Parts Refund/Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed by 10 am Monday through Friday. If you place your order after 10 am CST, your order will be processed the next business day. You many cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us. You will be refunded to your original form of payment. If you cancel your order after it has shipped, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No credit will be issued without the items being returned undamaged.
When you receive your order please inspect for accuracy. If there are any issues with your order please contact us right away. We will gladly refund 100% of the cost of your order provided the following conditions are met:
– Order must be returned within 30 days.
– Include a copy of the invoice.
– Must be a regularly stocked item. Special orders will have a 20% re-stocking fee.
– Must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
** Freight is not refundable unless an order has been misfilled.


Shipping and Handling

Our shipping and handling is automatically calculated by weight but due to package dimension(s) and location sometimes there are inaccuracies. If there is a large discrepancy, we will contact you and either refund the difference if overcharged or get an exact shipping cost and notify you what it will take to ship the order. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We ship primarily USPS and SpeeDee Delivery, or UPS for larger items that are outside of SpeeDee’s range. Orders placed Monday through Thursday on in-stock items will ship within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. Product availability is subject to change and the online store might not accurately reflect our current physical store inventory.


Privacy Policy

We do not sell lists of our customers personal information or e-mail addresses. We may from time to time use e-mail addresses collected from the use of our website to send promotional information. If you wish to opt-out you may unsubscribe at any time. We’re always working to make it easier for our customers to find what they need. To do that, we analyze data from our visitor’s traffic patterns to improve their experience of our site.


Terms & Conditions

All of our parts are Quality Replacement Parts and are not affiliated in any way with the original equipment manufacturers with the exception of John Deere Lawn & Garden parts (as we are a John Deere Lawn & Garden Dealer). Our products carry a 1 year warranty. If you purchase an product from T.H.E. Company online that has a core charge, you are eligible for a refund. Disassembled or damaged cores are not subject to refund. Cores must be returned within 30 days. If we do not receive your core within 30 days no credit will be given. Shipping labels will be provided for your core upon request. Depending on the circumstances, shipping labels may be mailed, placed in your shipment or sent as a call tag with your carrier.


Free Shipping

Standard ground shipping on qualifying orders $750.00 or over. Excludes items that ship truck freight and heavy items such as tillage, shovels, points, disc blades, combine parts etc. Large orders will be given a freight allowance depending on the size of the order.

The prices displayed do not include any applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply depending on your location, chosen shipping method, or any customization options selected.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing inaccurately priced items or to adjust prices accordingly, even after an order has been confirmed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly to discuss available options, which may include canceling the order or proceeding with the corrected price.
